Fantastic article. I’ve got 2 children and spend most of my time photographing them. It’s great when they are not watching the camera and are at play, some of the expressions are great.

With 17 grandchildren I am never short of subjects. I too have found that with babies the best way is to get something that attracts their attention and take continuous shots. The fleeting expressions are fantastic and I’ve made a whole book adding appropriate sayings to those expressions.

Thanks, Great info I have a Grand daughter of 7 months, and really find the best way is using consecutive continious shooting, to capture the moment!!!

i love this article and i enjoy taking children shots i hard though when they want to grab the camera i would like more tips on this, my work is based on wedding photograpgy (hindu) what tips do u have on this
